You can easily find free quality information and trainings about business building online but you can’t easily find real humans to witness you in your strivings, helping you push past the tough parts, and keep bravely showing up to realize your goals.

  • There are three different programming types:

    1. Accountability calls: Twice weekly 20 minute calls where Melissa moves you through a clarifying process of optimizing your mindset, To Do list, and goal for the week and day.

    2. Monthly workshops / masterclasses: Melissa and guest mentors will lead business building topics with a mix of lecture + hands on formats

    3. Group coaching demos: feature a member who signs up to be coached by Melissa on a topic that applies generally to self-employed business owners, followed by a group conversation about the coaching topic and demo

  • We think of 'creatives' as a pretty expansive thing. Ultimately if you feel like you could benefit from the list of things we can help you wish, that's enough for us to welcome you in.

  • Your idea doesn't have to be fully developed but it would be helpful if you had a general direction you want your business to go in. If you're still unsure about what business to form, I'd recommend exploring 1:1 coaching first to get clear on what you want to create, and then come on over to Launch Lab.

  • You can definitely still join if you have an established business already. This is not just for brand new businesses. It's for anyone looking to launch some new aspect of their business or grow what they already have.

  • This is a 100% optional membership, meaning that it's up to you to plug in and join when you want. That said, you are more likely to get the full value of the membership if you show up and engage.

    The monthly workshops will be recorded and shared if you can't make it.

  • When you sign up you are signing up for a monthly subscription. You'll get immediate access to the Launch Lab and every month the credit card you used to sign up will be charged the membership rate at which you first signed up.

  • I will offer you a full refund, no questions asked, if you are not satisfied with the first month of your membership. That said, I require that you attended at least 2 calls in order to request a refund. The money back guarantee is for people who weren’t satisfied with the program. It’s not for people who didn’t show up for the program.

    For valid refund requests, the refund will be a full refund less the fees from Stripe, the payment processor.

  • This is our current schedule. All events are optional to attend.

    • Twice weekly ‘stand ups’ - Mondays at 10am PT / 1pm ET and Fridays at 12pm PT / 3pm ET — a 20 min facilitated self-check in to make sure you are not losing sight of your end goal, reflecting on what you’re learning, and celebrating wins along the way.

    • Biweekly coaching demos - 30 min - Thursdays at 12:30pm / 3:30pm - watch a coaching demonstration and participate in group discussion afterward.

    • Water cooler break - a 15 minute lightly facilitated ‘getting to know you’ type of hang immediately after the coaching demo stream on Thursdays

    • Monthly workshop or masterclass - Each month we’ll deep dive into a business building skill in a hands on, interactive way., led by Melissa and guest teachers.
